    Absolutely Not! Satan is not “omniscient” (all knowing) If he were omniscient, he would be God. He only uses what has worked in the past and when we learn to conquer that particular temptation, he tries something else.

    Why would he need to know the thoughts of a human mind?
    It’s not like he is working with a new subject.

    Further, for him it’s volume business.

    If one human resists, he just moves on to the next one.

    He doesn’t get extra points for making the tough ones fall; however, he gets extra negative influence when he makes a “great one” fall.

    In addition, he works from the “bottom up,” capturing the weaker ones first, and as more of the weaker ones fall, more pressure is placed on the stronger ones to fall too. One of the characteristics of evil seems to be that it wants everyone sucked in too.

    Related, many people are hesitant to “kick a man when he’s down.”

    Believe the EvilOne is perfectly happy to put a person in a difficult situation and then kick em some more. For instance, how many times have you heard addicts as “having to hit bottom” before they can start any sort of recovery?

    Knowing there is no scripture which speaks directly to this, I offer my opinion. I believe Satan is as well informed as he is about specific Believers because he dispatches his minions to spy on and eavesdrop on the conversations and prayers of those who truly belong to Christ.
    This is the reason he knows how to attack and exploit the vulnerabilities of those who belong to Jesus. He does not have to concern himself with those who hold to no faith in Jesus because they already belong to him. He does not need to concern himself with those who give lip service to faith in Jesus because he has them as well. Satan needs only to concern himself with die hard Believers who are sold out to Jesus and seek to make a difference in this world on Christ’s behalf.

    Those are my thoughts.

    Yes, ultimately Satan is responsible for all the evil in the world—even the evil thoughts that go through our minds. He is absolutely opposed to God, and will do everything he can to tempt us and turn us away from Him. At times, therefore, Satan may be able to put evil thoughts directly into our minds. For example, when Judas turned against Jesus and secretly betrayed Him to His enemies, the Bible says that “Satan entered Judas” (Luke 22:3).

    But Judas alone was responsible for what he did; he could not blame Satan for his actions. Driven by greed, he willingly accepted the money he was offered to reveal where Jesus could be found. In other words, Satan only took advantage of his sinful desires. The Bible warns that “each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed” (James 1:14).

    Don’t give in to Satan’s temptations, and don’t be content to let your mind wander in places it shouldn’t. Instead, turn to Jesus Christ and commit your life to Him. Then ask Him to fill your mind with His love and peace and righteousness. The Bible says “we have the mind of Christ” (1 Corinthians 2:16).

    This is an interesting question and I once heard some information about it that made me think a little deeper about the potential of demonic involvement in our brains… From “Our Brains Are Not Us”…. Sir John Eccles received his Nobel Prize for research on the brain. He describes the brain as “a machine that a ghost can operate”… Your brain doesn’t think; if it did we would be prisoners of our brain. Our brain is like a computer that we use.     No, he cannot, but what happens many times, is, we humans (especially if we’re not Christians), WHEN WE’RE ALONE speak our thoughts out loud. We’re never really alone and for this reason, demons hear what we say and use it against us. We even say crazy things in the company of friends and family…Demons hear that and use it against us. This is the VERY reason God warns us that death and life are in the power of our tongue…

    The entire spirit world communicates thought to thought. Words out of our mouths is one of the lowest forms of communication. Anyway, yes, both the light and dark side can hear our thoughts

    But to read as God read the mind cannot..

    But it can examine very closely the body language, the heart beat, the glow in the human eyes… all that can provide 85% accuracy of human choice…maybe..?

    The Scriptures teaches that God knows our hears and our minds. God is omniscient, i.e., all knowing. Satan does not have this attribute of God.

    The question is not can he be omniscient of our thoughts, but can he focus in our thoughts and use them against us. Being a spiritual being, I would guess yes.

    I believe he uses psychology to read our minds. But his reading of our minds is very limited, he only reads ur mind when he sees you showing interest in a particular thing or direction, then he opposes you or he opens the way for you if it’s in his own direction.

    Satan can do nothing unless God ordains it. Job 1:8 And the LORD said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job , that there is none like him on the earth,(P) a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil?” 9 Then Satan answered the LORD and said, “Does Job fear God for no reason? 10 Have you not put a hedge around him and his house and all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land. 11But stretch out your hand and touch all that he has, and he will curse you to your face.” 12A nd the LORD said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your hand. Only against him do not stretch out your hand.” So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.

    God is in control of all things; sure He limited what Satan could do; for a reason because God is always in complete control of all things to include Satan. But it was God who was the one who introduced Satan to Job “Have you(N) considered my(O) servant Job”. It was God who took down the hedge from around Job so Satan to do his work on job. It was the process of tribulation and trial God was after; to prove Job.

    He doesn’t need to infiltrate our minds to deceive us. This world is under the power of the evil one (ref. Eph 2:2). If the worlds systems are energize by him, then we are affected implicitly and explicitly through so many things (education systems, media systems, etc). No wonder the spirit tell us too cast down every imagination (2 Cor. 10:5). Be encouraged. Jesus is coming.
