I do not have a catering cost yet. I will get that to you in 2 weeks. We must have their reservation however by Sept 1 so I can give a correct count to the caterer. I cannot add people later.

We have secured special Hotel rates at
HAMPTON INN $139
FAIRFIELD INN $129

However, when I do a search on Expedia, there are many hotels with a lower rate. I found Marriotts Town Suites at $114 for example. The Douglas Inn, next to Cracker Barrel, is rated "Excellent" at $89. (I have not personally seen these rooms.) Holiday Inn is $139.
