PART ONE BAPTISM

BAPTISM OF WATER AND SPIRIT IS IMPERATIVE TO SALVATION

2 Peter 1:10Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.

JESUS CHRIST IS THE TRUE PEDAGOGUE; TRUE TEACHER AND SCHOOLMASTER OF HIS MIGHTY WORD

MARVEL NOT; YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN

Romans 10:13 For WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL UPON the NAME of the LORD SHALL BE SAVED.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not BELIEVED?
Jn 8:24-27; Jn 12:45 > Isa 43:10

HOW CAN ONE BELIEVE AND NOT DESIRE OR ACCEPT THE GIFT OF GOD? AND HOW DO YOU RECEIVE THAT GIFT OF GRACE?

IF JESUS SAID IT, BELIEVE IT: IF JESUS DID IT, YOU SHOULD FOLLOW HIS EXAMPLE. FOLLOW THE LEADER WHO KNOWS HOW YOU MUST BE SAVED.

BAPTISM IN THE
<>>NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST<<< BY IMMERSION OF WATER AND RECEIVING OF JESUS HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT IS NECESSARY FOR SALVATION. READ WHY GRACE >>>ALONE<< DOES NOT SAVE YOU, IT IS BY THE GIFT OF GOD > IF YOU FIRST BELIEVE (JESUS IS THE FATHER > I AM HE ISA 43:10; JN 8:24-27;JN 12:45) AND THEN RECEIVE THE GIFT, JESUS GIFT.

JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY (DOOR) FOR YOU TO ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. DECLARED AND AFFIRMED BY THE LORD JESUS OUR SAVIOR HIMSELF.

John 10:1 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the DOOR (through Jesus – in his name) into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

Ephesians 2:8 “For by GRACE are ye SAVED through FAITH; and that NOT of YOURSELVES:
IT IS the >>>GIFT of God:”<<< KEYWORD > GIFT OF GOD

WHAT IS THE GIFT OF GOD? That GIFT of God only comes by obeying the gospel which Peter divulges the way to Salvation – the question begs, “what must we do to be saved?”

Acts 2:37 “Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, WHAT SHALL WE DO?”

The Blood is imperative, and is applied by confession.

  2. Poimaino Christian-Ministries says:

Salvation is a gift not earned but given by God. Your way off track.
Baptism is a command to be obeyed but it does nothing to save us.
    Psalm 3:8

Reread the verse with Grace, it says, saved through faith and not of yourselves, it is the >>Gift of God<<, the Gift of God is how Peter explained to receive it. The Gift of God is the Holy Ghost, which Peter said one must repent and be baptized. Jesus showed how baptism should take place. He was baptized of John and immersed in water. Jesus was our example. He said to follow his example.

Why many people are adding so much as a requirement for salvation. Some water baptism, some good works, some baptism of the Holy Spirit, some confession of the blood and many more when its crystal clear that salvation is by GRACE ALONE, through FAITH ALONE and IN CHRIST ALONE.

Yes; grace which is given by the GIFT of God, which is the Holy Ghost which Peter said one will receive if they repent and are baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, otherwise there is no grace. You want grace, then it comes with the Gift of God which you have to be willing to receive through obedience of baptism in Jesus name.

If you don’t want to then you don’t want grace, you don’t want salvation

The Malefactor was not preached to, was not warned. Will God fault people who don’t know or innocent people? It is,this who have been taught and/or warned, whom God brought the truth to and they rejected it.

Ok so Jesus Oneness Pentecostals deny the personhood of the Father and the Holy Spirit, and disobey Jesus’s command to baptize in the name of The Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit…. they also continue to take away the power of Grace by saying if you are not baptized then you are not saved… in direct opposition to what John said about this…. John 3:16 explains that whosoever beleives in Him shall not perish.

Faith in Christ is what we need to receive salvation. The man next to the cross didn’t have time to go and get baptized…. but they would come up with some twisted explanation about that just like they say that Peter “received revelation” that Jesus didn’t realy mean to say Father, Son and Holy Spirit but it is just Jesus….

    See the incongruence here?

Not only that, they would also deny that God is a person, instead they say he wore a costume…. so Jesus is not a person of the Trinity but instead one of God’s costumes…. he was always God but disguised as a son….

No, we say one person, not three. Jesus is the Father, Son and HS.

Why do you think it says God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ?

God and Father are not two separate persons, but Spirit of the MAN Christ Jesus.

Jesus is God and Father of himself as the man Christ Jesus, for His Spirit is greater.

God made this same Jesus, both Lord and Christ.

Jesus is God, who made himself to be both Lord and Christ.

The man Christ is his person, one person.

Its not about a costume, that was my example to you, but it was his TEMPLE.

“But will God INDEED DWELL ON THE EARTH? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven CANNOT CONTAIN YOU, HOW MUCH LESS THIS HOUSE (TEMPLE) WHICH I HAVE BUILT!

GOD MADE THIS >>SAME JESUS<< BOTH LORD AND CHRIST. Acts 17:24 "The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, DOES NOT DWELL in TEMPLES MADE with HANDS. Acts 7:48 “Howbeit the MOST High DWELLETH NOT in TEMPLES MADE with HANDS; as saith the prophet, Isaiah 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and BELIEVE ME, and UNDERSTAND that I AM HE: BEFORE ME THERE was NO GOD FORMED, NEITHER shall there be AFTER ME Jesus said, destroy this TEMPLE (his body) and I will raise it up. And he did.

  11. Harold Goldman says:

Baptism is an identification with Christ. The op needs to read Romans 6 and read it in context

  12. Arthur Adam Haglund says:

Water baptism is but a symbol
The Apotle explains it. there is no actual sin washing done by the physical act.

1Pe 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

This is explained in the saying, “Baptism is an outward showing of an inward doing”

  13. Roberta Jackson says:

So much biblical inerrancy in this post and too overwhelming to even begin.

Try one point at a time next time.

  14. Freddy Jocksand Diaz says:

Exactly, those who are damned are the ones who DO NOT BELEIVE. Not the ones who don’t get baptized….

You put so much emphasis on the baptism that again you attribute salvation to the rite and not to the producer of salvation.

What have you say about many who did confess Jesus and also did get baptized but then we found out they were living a double life of sin? Or those who at church would even “speak in tongues while at the same time be involved in evil things?

What have you say about the terminally I’ll person who is bedridden or the convict who accepts Jesus but has no way to be baptized…. would they not be saved just because they couldn’t be submerged?

That is plain ridiculous and it is simply not what the text says. Read the whole chapter not justt the one line that fits your ideology. Baptism is a product of obedience from someone who has already been born again of the Spirit. The spirit doesn’t live in water but comes from where it wants.

  15. Angie Miller says:

    Freddy Jocksand Diaz

It does not say three entities. It says Stepehen saw Jesus standing at the right hand of God. God is invisible and right hand is not a liiteral right hand. If you read further down it says he was calling upon God, saying Lord Jesus.

Acts 7:59 King James Version (KJV)

59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.

  16. Angie Miller says:

    Freddy Jocksand Diaz

No, he doesn’t. It even says, will God indeed dwell on the earth, behold the heaven of heavens cannot contain him. Much less this hise I built, referring to dwelling on the earth, which is Jesus temple. Even in Hebrews it explains further and says Jesus is the perfect tabernacle. Even Jesus said, destroy this temple and I will raise it up. Even in Revelation John said, he saw NO TEMPLE therein, bit the temple of Almighty God and the Lamb ate the temple, again referring to his body. Invisible and visible in one body.

And you completely disregard Is 43:10, God saying neither is there any other God >>FORMED<< JESUS IS IT.

  17. Angie Miller says:

    Freddy Jocksand Diaz

And yes, the believers is the temple for the HG, for Jesus Spirit.

This is why Jesus is not three persons. He is one Spirit omnipresent and in many believers.

He can be in many places at once. He can speak from the heavens, while standing in front of you and still show signs and wonders. Only God can do theses things.

  18. Angie Miller says:

    Freddy Jocksand Diaz

When someone receives the Holy Ghost and ends up doing bad things, its because the devil God a hold of them. This is the very reason Jesus say pray and fast often that you enter not into temptation, for the devil is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.

But because God is God of his promise, he will chastise his child, so that he/she returns back to him., even if it means that individual has to experience the wrath of God. It says he that believes and is baptized of water and his Spirit the same shall be saved, even if they mess up, because they are covered under the blood, but they will be chastised and God doesn’t play around.

  19. Angie Miller says:

    Arthur Adam Haglund

    Does NOW ALSO SAVE YOU.

If you read again it says we are saved by Grace, not of ourselves but by the Gift of God which is the Gift of the HG, which Peter says for one to receive this Gift of grace, Jesus HG, one must repent and be baptized and then they shall receive Jesus HG.

For it is the seal of Promise, which Revelation says, he told the angel don’t hurt the plant or the trees, only those who did not have the seal on their foreheads.

So baptism in Jesus name is how we receive the GIFT of God > grace, that seal of promise

  20. Rick Holtsclaw says:

    Water Baptism saves NO ONE.

  21. Freddy Jocksand Diaz says:

It’s disturbing to me how you would minimize the ontology of Elohim yet call Satan or devil a god…. Bible does not refer to him as god. He is a fallen cherub, created being that is fallen, defeated and sentenced already.

  22. Mario Datiles says:

… Water baptism is not mention of this verse

  23. Angie Miller says:

    Mario Datiles

It mentions Gift of God which is the Holy Ghost which one can only receive by repentance and baptism in Jesus name, for it is Jesus Spirit you will receive, for if any man have not his Spirit he is NONE of his. Is that what you want.

Why is it such a big deal for Salvation that Jesus is offering you? Its like a crime for you to be baptized in Jesus name who is your Savior. Jesus said it, do it. He that believes and is baptized the same shall be saved.

Its mentioned on the word of God which you are to take in as a whole. We are to live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

  24. Arthur Adam Haglund says:

Act_19:2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

Uh oh, believers, saved folk, without baptism of the Holy Ghost.

  25. Brent Waters says:

We are saved by grace thru faith for works and baptized with the holy spirit and fire. Water baptism today is an outward expression to walking with jesus from now on for eternity

  26. Angie Miller says:

    Brent Waters

Baptism is to put on Christ.

  27. Brent Waters says:

    Not with water
