Please help me understand this,Jesus is a God incarnate, before the incarnation was he just the Spirit like God the Father and the Holy Spirit? Did he retain his glorified body and will be forever even in eternity?

Jesus is God incarnate. Look at these 3 scriptures and tell me who you think it is.
And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden. (Can you hear a Spirit walking)

The LORD appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day. Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.

Who appeared to Abraham and in what Form?

He took them and sent them across the stream, and everything else that he had. And Jacob was left alone. And a man wrestled with him until the breaking of the day. … Then he said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel, for you have striven with God and with men, and have prevailed.”

Who did Jacob wrestle and in what Form was He.

Remember, no one has seen God and lived, apart from the Son

Jesus was truly man and truly God. He is the one reveled in OT. He is the Angel of Jehovah, the shekinah glory etc.

Not “a” God but The God that took a human body, ? percent man, ? percent God, after the resurrection, his human body was glorified, so he kept his double nature, human and God, and we will have a body similar to his when we die and our bodies resurrect incorruptible. 1THESALONIANS 14:11-18.

His inspirational humanity and fresh approach earned him a god-like following. That is my take.

God the Father, God the Son (Jesus ) and God the Holy Spirit are one God. They are same in substance, equal in power and glory. Christ is God and he will remain God forever. God, in order to redeem man from sin, He took upon himself human nature. In this way Christ became man while he remained God; and he continues to be God and man in two distinct natures and one parson forever, without confusion. This teaching is not a matter of of humanly understanding it. It must be believed. The Bible was not given to be proved if it’s true or not, it was given to be believed. ” but these are written, that ye might believe…”
    (John 20 : 31).

  6. Max Gooche Lawrence says:

Every appearing of God throughout the Bible is only the Son. This is because no one has ever seen the Father (John 1:18, 1 John 4:12) because He is invisible (Colossians 1:15).

Before Jesus took mortal flesh and was called Jesus, He had immortal flesh and was called Elohyim, Almighty God.
Jesus walked with Adam, ate with Abraham in Genesis 18-19 (John 8:50-58), and appeared to Moses face to face as a friend does to a friend, Numbers 12.

Jesus is not a God or a god..(that’s Jehovah’s witnesses or JW) concept or understanding about Jesus..in there Bible (Published Bible – ‘New World Translation’ ) they put Jesus as a god..not God (beside to this is not scholarly translated or accepted Bible ..John 1:1,2..But scholarly accepted by the Evangelical is this..(v.1) ” In the Beginning was the WORD and WORD was with GOD and the WORD was GOD. (v.2) HE (WORD) was with GOD in the beginning..(the highlighted statement that is very important).(v.14) and WORD became FLESH (incarnate – meaning ‘in the FLESH’) and dwelt among us..the word WORD. It refers to JESUS, Jesus was being introduced as the WORD..Jesus was with God in the beginning.. Meaning, – this is how it’s translate..(v.1) “In the Beginning was the WORD (JESUS) the WORD (JESUS) was with God and the WORD (JESUS) was GOD..(v.2) HE (the WORD/JESUS) was with God in the beginning. (v.14) and the WORD (JESUS) became flesh…”

    Concerning about, Glorified Christ,
After the Resurrection of Christ he was totally glorified..When he appears to the apostle..Simon Peter touches the hand of Jesus and touched the mark of a hole of a nail..in the book of Thessalonians..likewise, we all be changed into a glorified or immortal body when Christ returned..
