“On guard” and “reasonable faith” by William Lane Craig are both really good. Also read “the city of god” by Saint augustine which is also amazing. “Summa contra gentiles” as well as the “summa theologea” are some of the greatest works of western theology ever written, but they at equite advanced and they are also massive in relation to their number of pages. Finally, I would recommend all of Edward Fesers books, “Aquinas”, “five proofs of the existence of God”, “scholasitc metaphysics”, and “the last superstition”, to name a few.

    Good luck with your reading!

“A summa of the summa” by Dr. Peter Kreeft will make some very heady theology (St. Thomas Aquinas’ Summa Theologea) accessible.
