Regards to what went down at Liberty University today…I am speechless.

I just heard from a first hand source Dr. Mark Foreman, a long time philosophy department teacher that as of June 30, 2020, Liberty Univerity is completely desolving their whole philosophy department and he, Dr. David Beck and the whole rest of the department will officially be unemployed.

What is a Christian education without a philosophy department? A place where you learn logic, critical thinking and the philosophical presuppositions behind why cultures and societies think they way they do? A place where you learn to debate the underpinnings of arguments for moral absolutes and against other philosophical systems. A place where you learn to defend your faith in the public arena.

If you are going to make cuts, the philosophy department is the absolute last place to make them. How about starting with the 2 million dollar salary that you pay your head football coach to coach your pathetic football team!

Jerry Falwell Jr. is an absolute nepotistic trainwreck who should have never been given the reins to that school just because he is the son of the founder.
