Follow Paul’s line of reasoning throughout the epistle and it become plain what point he is making. The righteousness that pleases God is not our own doing but Christ’s doing . Justification for the Christian is not by his own obedience but by faith which lays claim only to what Christ has done.

Matthew 5:17-19
[17]Do not think that I have come to do away with or undo the Law or the Prophets; I have come not to do away with or undo but to complete and fulfill them.
[18]For truly I tell you, until the sky and earth pass away and perish, not one smallest letter nor one little hook [identifying certain Hebrew letters] will pass from the Law until all things [it foreshadows] are accomplished.
[19]Whoever then breaks or does away with or relaxes one of the least [important] of these commandments and teaches men so shall be called least [important] in the kingdom of heaven, but he who practices them and teaches others to do so shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.Romans 10:4

That is Christ’s law, because Apostle Paul was under of that Law(1 Cor 9:21). By the grace of God given through the Christ’s Law, many were made righteous.

God’s Law is to believe in Jesus Christ as the sacrifice in your place.
That great, good news should melt your heart so that a small part of you wants to show love in response. We show our gratitude to God by loving others.

According to the Mosaic Law, the doers of the Law are the ones justified but no one has perfectly fulfilled the law except Jesus so then no one can be justified by the works of the law in the sight of God but by faith only. Don’t take a single verse out of it’s context. Read the whole chapter.
Romans 2:13 KJV
(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.In KJV it’s “before God” not “in God’s sight”. Here is a verse that says “in the sight of God”
Galatians 3:11 KJV
But that no man is justified by the law ?in the sight of God?, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. -
