After waiting to see how this week’s hearing turned out… I learned it was postponed. Apparently the TN AB doesn’t think this case is so cut and dry? If he did the right thing why not go to trial quickly? Unless someone operated outside the law and the minutes. Have we ever had an EC member with an ankle monitor?
