Was the curse given to Adam the same mentioned after the flood. Gen 3:17 Then to Adam He said, “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree about which I commanded you, saying, `You shall not eat from it’; ***Cursed is the ground because of you***; In toil you will eat of it All the days of your life. Gen 8:21 The LORD smelled the soothing aroma; and the LORD said to Himself,*** “I will never again curse the ground on account of man,*** for the intent of man’s heart is evil from his youth; and I will never again destroy every living thing, as I have done.

Not sure. Maybe God meant He will not re-curse or add a curse to the ground, or maybe the Flood was such a cataclysmic event reshaping the Earth as a consequence of sin the massive geological processes was a kind of curse. Either perspective I think fits. I lean towards option 1.

There is a negative aspect by Adam and a positive aspect by Noha, God spoke to Adam rule over the Earth and all, but to day and in this time the Earth rule over all People on the Earth !!!!!!

What I have seen is that as above that in the time of Adam the curse was indeed a curse with negative consequences. GOD noticed the sacrifices of Noah; to put in my words, His heart was softened to mankind. God didn’t lift the curve that resulted from Adam; and the flood can indeed be seen as a curse against man and the earth/ground.
With the act/worship of Noah, God made a promise/covenant that He would not again add to the curse of the ground. At least not until the time of the end. L&P -
