What did the Bible mean in 1 Sam 16:14-23 that an evil spirit from God trouble thee. I know God is a Holy God how come there was an evil spirit from Him

I believe it’s like when Paul wrote that God gave them over to their sin in Romans. If God departed from Saul then it just leaves him vulnerable to the enemy and sin..which God allowed

I don’t think the evil spirit is directly from God, but I believe and think that God might had allowed evil spirit to trouble Saul.
Reading this scriptures:
Matt 26:53
Mark 5:9
Mark 5:15
Luke 8:30
You can conclude that Legion an evil spirits, they run roaming around seeking for a body to dwell in.
Saul had the Spirit of the Lord in him after the Spirit of the Lord left him, he was empty and that is whereby God lead the evil spirit that was roaming around to possess Saul.
