We all live by faith. All we do is by faith. Two examples. When you go to restaurant, before you sit on a chair, do you examine that chair first ?? How it’s screwed, if it assembled properly etc. or you just sit by faith that this chair would hold you ?? When you drive your car going up hill and approaching horizon, do you stop and go to look if people driving car on opposite site of horizon stay on their side of the road, or you just keep driving having faith that they will do that ?? Because if you don’t you just keep going by faith !! You could have looked, but you didn’t, because of faith !! That’s faith. To your last question I say “not true” I am a Christian I don’t make fun of other people believes, therefore your claim is false. Some do I admit, but my point is this is absolutely ludicrous question. It’s exactly like this. I see black man be taken to prison and I ask. Why are black people broken the law ?? You see ?? You can’t put whole group of people in one box because of actions of some of them. You have to judge people individually, while asking on reasons of individual actions !!!!!!! We call it racist !! Faith is important to Christian people because we know that this world existed from nothing. Faith in the Biblical God is faith w/o seeing. But, it isn’t a blind faith. Faith is based on experience, and God’s written word. People have a faith in something whether or not they want to admit it. Atheism is a faith for example.
You should be able to answer what faith it. You have faith in a system that has zero evidence. There’s zero evidence in macroevolution in history or even now. Oh wait, that’s blind faith. You’re ok with blind faith?

Why do atheists make fun of Christians? No one has the right to bully, not even Christians. Especially Christians are called by Christ to love your neighbor as yourself. If a “Christian” is bullying, then they aren’t really a Christian.

What is Faith? def. complete trust or confidence in someone or something.
Why is it so important to Christianity? Because at some point you will have to take a leap of faith against your worldly logic to believe in the Virgin Birth. death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ as the absolute method of GOD’s purpose and salvation which is difficult to do.

It has to be absolutely rock bottom real. And you may never get to Him until you are truly broken my friend. It may be many years from now.
Matthew, Don’t bother with men’s actions, even tho they be Christian, even tho they be a doctor, it doesn’t matter what any man from anywhere does regarding the true word of God and Gods true intentions expressed from the beginning thousands of yrs ago.
Dig deeper Matthew, research. Discover what substance to this silly word of God there is… Why do we who believe, have no doubt in our word of God and in Him being the one and only true God ever that is?
There must be more than a blind faith, or just willy nilly believing a bunch of fairytale??? Believers like me have checked the substance, checked the weight of evidence that the Bible hangs. You must check it for yourself Matthew or you will never get to the truth. You will stay on the fence in doubt and disillusionment of your own personal experience.

Faith is the belief of things unseen. It’s the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things unseen (Hebrews 11:1). It’s important to Christianity because we of course weren’t there during the events of the Bible AND we’re not in Heaven currently to prove they happened, it exists, or God exists. Faith is important to Christianity cause it’s the hamster on the wheel that keeps it going. As for the last question, I’m going to say it’s pride, and evil heart and foolishness. Although their Holy text says to act in love, many proclaimed Christians do just the opposite and I’m sure you’ve gotten your fair share of examples in this facebook group ?
Amen. Christians are superior. We should pity them, not hypocretically, but by bearing with them. We can start by praying for them first, then finally approaching them.
No one should make fun of it. If you see someone having fun at another’s expense, you can be sure Christ isn’t there at all.
Everyone has been given a degree of faith. It might be small or weak in some people and unshakeable in others.
