Rejecting Christ

Whether one owes 100 cents or 1000 dollars, a common name exists, debtor.
There’s nothing as a greater sin before God, all have the same punishment as hell if not repented of.If you talk of the unpardonable sin, I get you.
-
If you have offended in one point of the law, you have offended all.
-
Blasphemy against Holy Spirit
-
All sin are equal in God’s eyes.
-
It is personal. The sin of other which affect a person most.

The unforgivable sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Mark 3:20_35
-
C.S. Lewis says the chief of all sins is PRIDE. Read ‘Mere Christianity’.
-
Unbelief.
-
Think of it this way. There is no way to be forgiven without a Savior. If one rejects Jesus, ascribing His works (Holy Spirit is God) as being from the devil, this is what Jesus was talking about when He said all sin would be foriven but not the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, then, if you have no Savior, you cannot be forgiven. Ergo, “the unforgivable sin” is the worst. Sadly, Jesus paid the price for everyone, all we need do is exorcize the faith all men have been given and “choose” to believe Him.

John 8:24
-
Unbelief. It was the very first sin in the garden and continues to this day.
-
I disagree with above saying unbelief. The very first sin in the garden was disobedience, not unbelief. That sin is what prompted the fall of man.
-
Rejecting God.
What do you think the Bible spends the entirety of its text trying to cram into the heads of the reader?
Disobey (CORRECTION: Reject and not repent to) God, and your afterlife will NOT be pleasant. -
The real meaning of Sin is Missing the Goal, or Missing to understand the Image of God given within us.
When we are missing to Realize the Image/Identity of the Son of God within us, We are missing our Abundant Life God gracefully granted.
This Missing is the root of all other Missing too. ??

Pride. It got lucifer thrown out of heaven

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit
-
Our high view of ourselves. Putting ourselves over God and our neighbor. Pride and selfishness is poison. Jesus had more ” woe to you” to the religious people than the sinners. Why? Because the sinners knew what awful wretches they were, the pharisees thought so highly of themselves and had the appearance of righteousness, but Jesus knew their heart.
-
Satan had a high view of himself as well
-
Blasphemy of the Holy One/Apostasy – crushing down the Holy Blood of Jesus the Christ as if He were nothing. God forbid. Stand fast in Jesus, come what may. Those who do, shall reap the reward of such faith, Amen and Amen. – https://bible.knowing-jesus.com/topics/Blasphemy,-Against-The-Holy-Spirit and: https://www.openbible.info/topics/blasphemy_of_the_holy_spirit_ and: https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Bible-Verses-About-Blaspheming-The-Holy-Spirit/

-
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit
Jesus said all manner of sin is forgiven to man but this one. -
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, which means rejecting Christ and his gospel. You can’t be saved if you reject the gospel.
-
Can not … ? Means he has no power to forgive this type of sin is that you mean ?
-
Pride, can lead to the rejection of Jesus because we can see ourselves as being the god of our own life.
-
All sins are forgiven on the cross. Only one sin will not be forgiven man: the Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. (idolatry and unbelief are related to this sin)
All sins are not equal (the idea they are all equal is a misconception of many people).
The proof is they are not all punished equally.
People try to argue that it only takes one sin to be judged guilty of death; this is true but it does not make them all equal.
Since you are asking this question reguarding discernment on levels of sin, I will answer.
Worst sins:
1. Murdering a baby/child
(since they have the most potential for life)
2. Murdering a person
3. All forms of torture
4. Rape
5. Homosexual behavior
6. Adultery
7. Stealing
8. Bearing false witness
9. Dishonoring authority (father & mother)
10. Coveting (ie. Socialism/Communism)I already covered: no other gods; graven images; name of God in vain in my above statement.
I rated the sins in order of how much they hurt an individual; but the multiplied effect of any one sin can damage society.
-
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. It’s unforgivable.
-
Rejecting God’s offer of salvation.

Anybody’s sin that’s not mine! To the liar it’s a thief, to the murderer it’s the rapist, to the rapist it’s the child molester.

But without faith it is impossible to please him : for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. -

The greatest sin? All sins are sin, no one is great and no one is small. Sin is sin. We only have unpardonable sin, which is the rejection of salvation of God in Christ Jesus.
-
Rejecting Jesus. It’s called blasphemy against the holy spirit. The only sin that cant be forgiven because you die with it. And after that the judgement.
-
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit
-
The greatest sin is the only one that won’t be forgiven. It says that it you blaspheme against the son it will be forgiven but to the one who blasphemes against the holy spirit it won’t be forgiven. I believe there’s a reason people have to problem taking the Lord Jesus’s name in vane or the Father’s name in vane but you never hear people take the holy spirit’s name in vane.
-
Blaspheming Holy Spirit
-
Unbelief
-
Refusing to turn to God and accept his forgiveness is the eternal sin.
-
The unpardonable sin. You often hear this as blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. But for your understanding, let’s play it simple. Did Christ die for every sin? I would like to suggest all, except the sin of disbelief. That sin alone will send you to hell.
-
Denying the Holy Spirit
-
Rejecting Christ
-
Too sin or blasphene against the Holy Spirit. When the Phararisees claimed that Jesus worked miracles by the Devil, they insulted the Holy Spririt by insinuation. That was unforgivable.

I believe it’s causing someone to turn away from Jesus especially if you claim to be a believer by misuse and a wrong interpretation of scripture
-
