Where I say God and Jesus are one i mean the they are the same person and not one in unity and purpose
Please take notice of the personal pronouns which testify they are one

Titus 2:13-14
[13]Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
[14]Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

The great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ are one.

Revelation 11:15
[15]And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Again our Lord and Christ are one

Revelation 22:3-4
[3]And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
[4]And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

God and the lamb are one

2 Timothy 4:1
[1]I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

God and the Lord Jesus Christ are one

1 Timothy 3:16
[16]And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory

God and Jesus are one

Matthew 28:18
[18]And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Is God the Father no longer the all powerful omnipotent God?
No he is Jesus Christ

This is exactly right. There’s only One God and he’s invisible so he had to put himself in a man for us to see him (Isaiah 40:3-5). It’s not two persons, it’s one (Hebrews 1:3 KJV). Jesus is the image of God not of a God the Son which is never mentioned in scripture (Colossians 1:15).

John clear that the Father and Jesus both God!

    ???

I noticed that you carefully avoided all verses that show a concurrent Trinity. Selective use of Scripture verses is one of the earmarks of errors, heresies, and cults that deviate from the truth. Until you can integrate all biblical passages, taking into account the whole counsel of God, you really have nothing to say and nothing worthy of being heard.

  5. David Chase says:

This heresy is Modualism or oneness pentacostal!

  6. David Stacks says:

Roman’s 5 1through 8 gives you the trinity just read closely. Really the whole bible states it.

  7. Reece Phatudi says:

Being one(unity) is not being same(exact entity) .

  8. Scotty Gray says:

There is a trinity, but it’s all the same God. One God. Not three.

  9. Scotty Gray says:

Arguing and splitting hairs, calling people heretic over a different interpretation, you should be ashamed. We all worship the same God. Jesus is our savior. I joined this group to learn. So far I’ve learned but through it I’ve had to endure scathing remarks that are made for no reason.

So Jesus prays to himself how special and absurd

  11. Celeste Marie says:

Jesus is God, The Son. He is not God The Father, nor is He God The Holy Spirit.

  12. David Castro says:

To the original post that is heresy. God the father is not Christ. That would mean that God the father died on the cross and that is heresy.

God is a triune being, one in essence but three in persons.

  13. Ariel Rollepa says:

I hv just join this group expecting a strong edification for my evangelical faith but i noticed that the admin still entertains non-evangelical teaching. I would say that those who dont believe in trinity eventually dont hold on the truth on salvation by grace alone. And almost all false cult are not trinitarian.

  14. Francis Jesulobatemi says:

The secret things belong to God but those that are revealed are for us….book of Deutoronomy. Both sides have a point, what is lacking is absolute understanding which belong only to God. Remember the scripture says you only know in parts on this side of eternity. But try to answer this question may be it will help you to decide. On the final day when you get to heaven, who do you expect to see, one God sitting on the throne or three entities on one throne or three thrones? Shalom

  15. Harold Goldman says:

Do you actually think god is sitting in a chair

  16. Wayne Dodd says:

I and the father are one is equal to
I and the father, we are one
If He were the father he would have said
    I am the Father
    Obviously speaks of complete unity

  18. Garcia CR Amor says:

They are not the same person, they are different in person but same in nature. In
Matthew 3: 16-17, when Jesus came out of the water after his baptism a voice came from heaven saying: “This is my beloved Son…” If they are refer to the same person, how could this happen at the same time? Moreover, the very verse also shows the coming of the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove ?️ means hence, Trinity (Three persons in one Godhead, same in substance different in subsistence) is proven.

  19. Johnathon Morris says:

God not only revealed Himself to you, He also revealed to you the nature of the Godhead. That is the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, the Word. So do not deny the Godhead. We say trinity or 3 persons in our attempt to describe this nature, but ultimately it is the Godhead.

Have you ever talked to yourself at all ? I have and I bet you have too
