Very good. Loved the string and line analogy. With rules there is always a higher ideal. Its often love. I tell my kids not to run inside? I explain that I care for them. I do not want them to trip and possibly hit their head. I care enough to put in place safety protocols.

Good religion starts from the heart, faith that works love. Love for God and your neighbours.
False religion is set of rules held for the sake of a creed or religion. Or for pride or self.
God gave His commands.
The motivation, intention and motives and desires show if it’s true or false religion. A good religion is genuine relationship with God that starts from the heart that obeys in Love.
The external religion without the heart loving God is pharisism and hypocrisy and a form of godliness but denying its power.
How much confusion is there if things are not explained properly. You can be a flase Christian and not even know it, I speak from experience. Much peace and blessing and grace on us all 🙂 -
