It is my understanding that non-believers Jews and Israelites will repent when they see the Lord Yeshua coming down from Heaven. The Lord Yeshua will forgive them since they believe in Elohim(The Holy Trinity which is a Greek term) name mention in the Torah, the Prophets and the Writings.
The Book of Revelation mentions it. A reputable study Bible can assist in learning about Israel before, during and after the Second Coming.

Romans 11-28 from the Standpoint of the gospel they are enemies for your sake , but from the standpoint of God’s choice they are beloved for the sake of the fathers ; for the gifts and callings of God are IRREVOCABLE.
I believe that before Christ’s second coming, everything will be bad. 666, anti-Christ and rapture will happen. And after all these and before Christ comes again there is a chance for others to repent.

Those who miss the rapture and are still alive still have their first chance to be saved. The Book of the Revelation is, I believe, clear, that there will be people saved after the rapture.

We believe that there is a waiting place between death and the resurrection where people who did not have the chance to hear and accept the gospel of Jesus Christ will have that chance. God would not be just and fair if all people didn’t have the same chance. 1 Peter 4:6
The rapture to us, refers to the 2nd coming of Christ when the righteous people on earth will be caught up to be with Christ. 1 Thess 4: 16-17. Those who aren’t caught up will still receive that 2nd chance before they are judged.
