Just a couple of questions for skeptics:
1. Can you demonstrate an example of what would qualify for you as evidence for God’s existence?
2. On what standard is that demand for evidence based on?
3. Is that standard objectively binding for everyone? / Is everyone ought to abide to that standard?
– if yes, why?
– if no, why do you insist using that standard?
The cause and effect of the crucifixion
If Jesus Christ was a imposter the crucifixion should have stopped progress of this new sect that followed Christ .
But it didn’t and the spread of Christianity took off
We have external proof that is a witness to that.

Michael, you may have made a mistake commenting on this, but I do want to throw this out since you brought it up, Pliny the Younger to emperor trajan, in his letter actually says that this sect of Christians worship A Man Called Jesus like a god.
so by 108AD it was already known by rome even that Jesus was recognized by early Christians as God, now how amazing is that? Not only that, but it verifies the resurrection in the fact that we have Christians who are willing to die, although plenty does say that a lot of Christians had denied Christ to save their own lives.
I’ve never had anyone one tell me how they determine what does and what does not qualify as evidence for a non physical immaterial being who not extended in spacetime.
Usually they just opt out and say….”I don’t know but God would know what would convince me!”
And then I usually just say but what if you’ve been provided sufficient evidence but you are just on denial about it? Suppressing the truth in exchange for lies?
1. If a god appeared and did some amazing stuff that was verified by people I trust I would probably believe.
2. I don’t understand the question.
