Very much.i. step with Jesus. Unless you are a Jewdaizer and think one must be a Jew to be a Christian. Christ did not distroy the law but fulfilled it because no Jew or Gentile could hope to. Christ changed our relationship to the law which now shows hows what pleases God rather than make things up on our own. Guides rather than condemns to hell.

Read the book of Acts and it will show you the meeting between Paul and Jesus

    Paul explains the gospels

Absolutely not . People don’t understand Paul.

Peter warned us about Paul in 2 Peter 3:15 or something

Paulianity invented Christianity as you see it today. Don’t expect Christians to criticise Paul

Paul does not contradict Jesus but the writings of Paul are the easiest in the New Testament to stumble by; and today’s Christianity is seriously scarred from the poor handling of Paul’s writings and Paul’s gospel message.

Why would anyone think such a thing, when it is part of the Word of God

For a scholarly treatment from a conservative perspective I would suggest The Origin of Paul’s Religion by J. Gresham Machen.

Guys, the article was showing how Paul and Jesus were on the same page. It’s a response to people who say that Paul taught a different gospel. The writer is a reasonable faith chapter leader. The RF team doesn’t believe that Paul taught a different gospel but is in the business of defending Christianity. This is actually a relevant post considering the title of this group.
