   If it had not been for the precious women of the LWWB working as they did … frying chicken dinners … frying fruit pies … cooking up Brunswick Stew … making little clothing items, quilts, etc., sometimes the preacher would not have eaten. And many of the churches that are sizable today would not exist. God bless the women of bygone days who labored faithfully and hard it the Church of God to help keep it alive and make it successful in the community. Their reward will be great in Heaven! The Church of God “Ladies Willing Worker Band!”

   I’m “thinking” the LWWB magazine was called “The Willing Worker.” I have a few copies in my file in the basement.
