How much will the Church of God #nash16 #onecog #GA2016 spend on fog machines at this assembly? Will it be a #hillsong production?

Is it appropriate for someone to shout out in tongues while someone is preaching? Does pulpit preaching become central to a worship service and the congregation should remain in an orderly position while preaching is taking place? I’m asking Church of God folks this question.
I’m going live at 9AM see you then!
Went to a COG where the Espirito Santos was at this afternoon!
