Best or favorite argument for God’s Existence?

How would you respond to someone who said Jesus never existed?

Good afternoon everyone. I hope you’re all doing well. I’d like to ask a question…… does faith alone save? I’ve been on a thread where someone stated…. scripture never says faith alone saves. I personally don’t think they understand scripture, but am I wrong?
