Do you have the utterance from God to speak in tongues right now? Is it in your mind’s linguistic data base?

We are born again with a new nature. That new nature needs sanctification and needs to be given a new language. This is patterned by the first birth. We are born with the old Adamic nature and need proper discipline and a functional language skill.
