Everyone who claims to have visited heaven or hell are liars. They contradict and exceed what is written.
Those sort of claims should be treated as subjective. It’s not a denial of heaven, but rather a recognition of experience.
Yes, Jesus reveals Himself. The claims of people visiting Heaven/ meeting God are not credible. If they were, everybody’s experience would be similar nor radically different as they describe.

Yes, He still reveal Himself , we got The Apostole Paul, He reveal Himself to the Apostoles, to the 70th, to 500 people and othet 2 apostoles walking in the road, meaning that after His resurrection He still appearing to people.
My opinion is that 99% of such claims can be explained by hallucination caused by hypoxia. But there may be a few that are real.

Quarmie, I find your question very interesting. I believe that the Savior still does reveal Himself to people today. I think the Lord works by faith and as long as we have faith we are entitled to His blessings. I think one of the great signs of the last days is that people will think that God is dead and does not speak. Why would a loving God ever stop talking to His children. I can’t see a loving parent ever tiring of being a parent. It reminds me of this verse in Amos 8
11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord:
12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.

I am the wrong person to be asking. I recommend holding such things in tension, and wait to see if you remember to ask, that would be if you wake up from dieing.
God is sovereign and he can reveal himself anytime to anyone any day according to his will.. we shouldnt put God in a box.
I only believe those kids on the film ‘heaven is for real’. The kid who went to heaven acknowledged the uncanny resemblance of the kid who painted Jesus.
Aside of that, their revelations are aligned to what the bible tells of what the heaven looks like, specifically in revelations.

These claims are all false.
I would say no I don’t believe this but I know one person person ally who said it happened to her. She is a Christian and someone I know would t lie. She said the colors in Heaven were extraordinary. So I’m not sure.
It could be a revelation. It might have been a vision or a dream.
Some people have dreams, and they are vivid, like when you are in a dream but you think your awake type of dream.

I do not think they physically went to hell and heaven and was just chilling looking around having some coffee, but Jesus could have reveled himself in such a manor.
Above someone commented about Hebrews 9:27 but I don’t Believe the context is the same as your question this passage is about death. I don’t believe someone dead can come back alive, Jesus would say that they are sleeping. That’s the wonderful God we serve.

On March 12th 2011. I professed faith in Jesus Christ. I was sitting on my bed and my eyes were closed and three minutes after my profession of faith I felt something, a presence walk into my bedroom. It came to stand in front of me and suddenly I felt a right hand with five fingers touch my chest and suddenly I felt the Holy Spirit enter my body. I opened my eyes the second it happened and no one was there. My mom was sitting five feet away from me and she was praying for me in that moment she didn’t know what happened until I told her minutes later. So weird and cool. I do believe it was Jesus who placed his hand on me because I’ve never felt that kind of love radiate from only inches in front of me.
I’m not sure about visited heaven or hell, I think it’s more like vision of heaven or hell. And yes, I believe it’s still possible for Jesus to reveal Himself, especially for people that really seek the truth about God, but it’s kind of difficult for the Gospel to reach him/her, countries like China, North Korea, Middle East….etc One last thing, these visions are for personal edification, not like cult invented visions, and they tell people “God spoke to me, that WE should…. bla bla bla
