   this has been the expression of COG holiness from the beginning. You can’t have inner heart holiness and look like the world in adornment. If you look like the world you don’t have a holy heart and are not sanctified.

   The complication is that you can stand apart from the world and yet not have a holy heart.

   Holiness should not be defined by the world’s standards, even a reactionary approach to them.
