McMinnville, Tennessee Church of God

My hometown church McMinnville, Tennessee Church of God (Locust Street Church of God) is celebrating their 100 year anniversary, 1915-2015 and the COGOP broke away early about 1925 and still exist in McMinnville. The COGOP built a church a couple hundred yards from the original COG. Both churches have since relocated. Some information about the breakaway would provide some historical insight. Anyone know how to research this?
