PRE-ASSEMBLY RALLY AT FIELDS OF THE WOOD
Join us for a Pre-Assembly Rally at the Fields of the Wood park on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. It’s a great way to kick-off the 100th International Assembly in nearby Chattanooga, Tennessee!
Shuttle service will be available to Fields of the Wood on July 17. The cost of the shuttle will include transportation to/from Fields of the Wood and lunch. Tickets are ONLY available through July 16. They will not be available on the day of the service. The price is non-refundable, but tickets are transferable.
• Shuttles will depart from the Chattanooga Convention Center at 6:30am (EST)
• Shuttles will depart from the International Offices at 7:00am (EST)
You are also welcome to drive to Fields of the Wood. A ticket is not needed to attend the service or gain admittance to the park. If you are driving your own vehicle, please try to arrive by 8:30 am.
Pre-Assembly Rally at Fields of the Wood
Shuttle tickets are now available for the Pre-Assembly Rally at Fields of the Wood! They will depart from two locations:
- 6:30 am (EST) from the Chattanooga Convention Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee
- 7:00 am (EST) from the International Offices in Cleveland, Tennessee
Tickets are available through Monday, July 16, 2018 and will not be sold the day of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
Tickets are solely for the Shuttle service and includes lunch. Tickets are not needed for those who will be driving their own vehicle to Fields of the Wood. Those driving need to arrive by 8:30 am (EST).
