H. V. Freeman sent this to the Evangel in 1915. He was an early founder of the COG in McMinnville, Tennessee. It is hard to read and needs magnifying. However it has an interesting reference to sanctification separate from conversion/new birth.

Church of God Evangel October 23, 1915. Tennessee state overseer, George Brouayer wrote this report for a revival in Southside, Tennessee. It is a report of signs following believers.
