Understanding what’s true of the enemy.

The ideology of the Mullahs in Iran and their goal of worldwide chaos runs contrary to the West’s idea of “unconditional surrender” or even a legitimate ceasefire.

There are some in the Iranian power base that expect to die and even look forward to it, especially if they are of the Salafi-Jihadism persuasion (which is likely all of the current “decision makers”). According to what I have been able to learn over the years, this is particularly a characteristic of the Islamic State (IS) sect of Islam.

The appearance of their Mahdi requires a world of total chaos and warfare to exist in order for him to appear, and they intend to bring that chaos and warfare about.

It doesn’t matter what the rest of the world believes or doesn’t believe about that particular end-of-days scenario. They believe it.

It seems obvious, based on responses by Iran’s ”leadership,” that there is a sufficient number of these uber-radicals still retaining control that have proven, once again, that Western countries (especially the U.S.) continue to misunderstand the nature of their adversaries prior to adopting any kind of strategy when dealing with them.

They worship a culture of death and do not value life: Any life.

One would think that the American government would have had an in-depth discussion relative to the reasons why the Vietnam War (the benchmark) was lost (by the politicians with the assistance of the mainstream media [again] and NOT the troops). They might have concluded, in this case, that people with knowledge of the nature of Islam (Joel Rosenberg comes to mind along with Harbingers Daily, RAIR, and numerous others) should have been consulted before erroneously expecting a Muslim response to warfare to bear any similarity to Western “civilizations.”

Alas, it has happened again.

Lest one would misunderstand me, this confrontation would have had to happen eventually. Iran (as did Hitler) would find a way to implement their plan sooner or later once they had attained the ability to do so. This is, in reality, a massive spiritual battle, and the secular side of this leadership does not understand that either.

As I have pointed out in previous articles, God has declared that, just like any other evil human schemers, Iran would eventually succeed in their plan for the destruction of Israel and America if they were permitted to continue unchecked.

“And the LORD said, ‘If they have begun to do this as one people speaking the same language, then nothing they devise will be beyond them’” (Genesis 11:6). Emphasis added.

Understanding this requires Biblical literacy and complete trust in the Word of God.

I am not convinced that there are enough people in our government that fit that description.

God’s Word prophesies another future attack on Israel (Ezekiel 38/39) by Iran and their fellow Jew haters (this particular one has not happened yet). It will, despite this current weakening of Iran, and is ample proof that the Persians/Iranians will not engage in any type of lasting peace, but will likely implement a delaying ceasefire (Hudna) in order to get ready for round three. (Round one is recorded in the Book of Esther.)

The “Hudna” is SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for Muslims, and it is common knowledge to those who believe in the axiom, Nosce hostem – (know your enemy).

They have consistently been doing this for thousands of years and have used it with reckless abandon in Gaza (by Hamas), Lebanon (by Hezbollah), and almost everywhere else (by Iran and various other proxies).

How many times do they have to proclaim that they will destroy the “Little Satan” – their name for Israel, and THEN the “Great Satan” – their name for the U.S., before the West gets the message? These are not idle threats, and they have numerous “helpers.”

Oddly, this is one of the very few times that they do tell the truth.

Islam is an orthodoxy that permits, even urges, its adherents to lie as an authorized strategy. Why should anyone be taken by surprise at any of these current events?

Trusting in the wrong gods – a consequence of not trusting the True God.

I think dependence on what should be called worship of the “god of fortresses” aka (Military might) and worship of the “god of technologies (AI?)” interferes with rational thinking that could otherwise be guided by the Truth contained within God’s Word.

The Vietnamese taught that lesson clearly to the French and the Americans (I am a Vietnam veteran), so, as much as I hate to review this, it is only an acknowledgement of what was and what is, and it should be patently obvious.

This is not an indictment of our troops. Militarily, we are lethal, and the world knows it, but no country, including this one, will last when God’s Word and His Sovereign will are not expressly understood and considered first and foremost. Our congress is so full of Biblically ignorant psychopaths and lawless “leaders” that there is little reason to believe America can be set aright after the Godless degradation and blind hatred that has infiltrated every corner of our society and destroyed the “melting pot” that was once America’s strength in human terms. Why is America missing from Bible prophecy?

There is much lip service paid to God currently as these times of fearful uncertainty and confusion continue to grow. The One to whom it is paid is not unaware of the lack of sincerity toward Him in these prayers and proclamations, as He has plainly stated:

“Therefore the Lord said: ‘These people draw near to Me with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me’” (Isaiah 29:13/ Matthew 15:8/ Mark 7:6).

The news related to ceasefires, peace deals, threats, attacks and concessions continues to oscillate like an AC electrical sine wave. For those who have put their trust in human endeavors alone, this continuous deception brings about growing anxiety and uncertainty. But that only serves to confirm the validity of the Word of God in these final days of world turmoil and the conduct of even well-meaning leaders and governments who are operating in a fog of Biblical ignorance:

“But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived” (2 Timothy 3:13). Emphasis added.

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20).

The crux of this article, understanding of the end from the beginning.

God’s Word has declared the very evil and rebellious levels of human conduct that would become normalized at the end of the age just prior to His promised return, as well as the reason why the Lamb of God at His first appearance as Sacrifice and Savior must return a second time as Judge and Executioner of all who reject Him:

“It was also about these men that Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, ‘Behold, the Lord came with many thousands of His holy ones, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their ungodly deeds which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him’” (Jude 1:14-15).

At the end of the age, God’s Word also declares His intention to accelerate the final judgments of humankind who reject him.

“And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days (Mark 13:20/ Matthew 24:22).

First, for those who mock Him:

“Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, and saying, ‘Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation’” (2 Peter 3:3-4).

And secondly, by sending a delusion on those who have chosen to reject Jesus Christ and instead embrace the evil Man of Perdition – Antichrist.

“For this reason, God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness” (2 Thessalonians 2:11-12). Emphasis added.

So, the crux of this article is this: God has declared the end from the beginning for the Christ-rejecting in this world, in His Word (Revelation 19:11 – 20:15).

And He has declared the end from the beginning for those who repent and receive His Son, Jesus Christ, and His payment on the Cross at Calvary (Revelation Ch:21 and 22).

By His own authority, God has established that you can choose eternal life in place of eternal death, and eternal peace in place of eternal destruction:

“I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live” (Deuteronomy 30:19). Emphasis added.

All the conditions that God is allowing to occur now are for His purpose of waking people up to the nearness of the end of the age so they might repent and be saved from the consequences of their sin and rebellion. If you choose to do so, you must repent and open your door to Him, and Him alone, while you are still in your living years.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me” (Revelation 3:20).

I pray that you will repent (Today!), choose Jesus, and choose life.

The special message I promised you:

For anyone who may read this article and has not trusted in Jesus Christ and therefore has no real hope or peace in your life.

You can have hope. You can have the peace that Jesus has promised to all who have made Him their Lord and Savior. The peace that passes understanding.

It requires that you come before God on His terms and that you do so in your living years.

And what are His terms according to His Word?

• Genuine repentance (turning to God instead of continuing to reject or ignore Him).
• Confession of sins (that you are a sinner and acknowledge that to God).
• That you understand that the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).
• To acknowledge to God that you are unable to pay that debt.
• Belief that Jesus Christ paid your death sentence for you on the cross and rose from the grave three days later, conquering death, just as He promised.
• To believe that Jesus is the Way, the only Way, that God has established by which humans may be saved from the consequences of their sin and rebellion.

This is what leads one to the Spiritual Rebirth that Jesus requires (John 3.3).

God has made it absolutely clear that there is no one who comes before Him, under His terms, that will be refused.

• No one: no race, no color, no country of origin, regardless of any previous belief system: no one.
• No matter what your past sins have been, God can and WILL forgive you because He says He will.
• Salvation is available to everyone without any exceptions.

If you put all your trust for salvation in Jesus, and Him only, you can follow that prayer up by simply saying, “Thank you, Father God, for hearing my prayer and saving me,” because we can trust Him to keep His Word. He always has. He always will.

“Truly, Truly, I say to you that he who hears My words and believes the One who sent Me has eternal life and will not be condemned. He has crossed from death to life (John 5:24).

There are no answers and there is no hope in the world by governments, organizations, politics or politicians. They are incapable of it. There are only lies and deception. But you can have the Truth and the peace you seek.

The answers are in the Word of God—The Bible. If you ask God, with all your heart, He will hear you.

“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13).
