Why do we treat God’s existence like a scientific hypothesis that can be proven/disproven? Faith has always been a philosophical choice. Science may point to God, but it can never prove God.
This idea that God’s existence is a scientific hypothesis that can be tested either confirmed or rejected is incompatible with the definition of science.
Self existent God Argument
Self existent eternal universe or self existent eternal God?
1- The Universe is something, Universe is not an illusion We cannot have an illusion of an illusion

God is eternal, uncreated, Self existent, in His own power (very important) has only God the power of being into Himself
Self existence of God is rational, self creation is irrational, According to the laws of Reason.
Rationally, logically God is absolutely necessary, it has to be.
Everything else is dependent
Something is eternal and exists In itself. God or the universe? The universe cannot self create itself.
Self existent and self created :
Chance is an abstract notion without personal power of creating anything.
From nothing nothing comes, nothing was before nothing
Something has to have the power to being, self existent and eternal
God can be inside or outside the universe, because îs transcendent, a different sort of being from us created beings. God is a self existent eternal power who created the universe

“semper necessitas probandi incumbit ei qui agit”. It means: “the necessity of proof always lies with the person who lays charges.”
In other words, if anyone claims God doesn’t exist, it’s on them to prove it. Not us to disprove their statement.
Hard to prove nonexistence
Please note something, Justin. Science cannot “prove” anything. That is a fact. Now, science can disprove theories. A theory that predicts that a certain result must necessarily occur under experimental conditions is disproved it the experiment fails. Logically, this is an application of “modus tollens” in research. “If A (theory) is true, then B (experimental result) must test true. But B does not test true. Therefore, A is false.” So science can disprove a theory.
Now let’s say that a theory is confirmed over and over again. Does this prove the theory? That claim would take the following form: “If A (theory) is true, then B (experimental result) must test true. B does test true. Therefore A is true.” But this takes the form of a logical fallacy, the Fallacy of Affirming the Consequent. That is a problem, and scientists recognize it.
In science, experimental results that support a theory are called confirmation. One can confirm a hypothesis, not prove it. But the more one experimentally confirms a hypothesis, the confidence one has in it increases. This is not a feeling. The “level of confidence” is a statistical value that we compute from the analysis of experimental results. Still, a theory can only be confirmed, never proved.
Christians aren’t called to ‘prove’ God. We are only called to give a reason for the hope within us. 1 Peter 3:15. God states that He’s given both objective and subjective knowledge of Himself to every person. Romans 1:18-20. It’s up to each of us how we interpret the knowledge God has shared with us. Romans 14:12. To those who are perishing the message of the cross is foolishness, but to those who are being saved it is the very power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:18. So, I guess the question of the hour is: do you find the message of the cross foolishness or the very power of God?
Evolution isn’t scientific. Zero evidence for evolution except for in the minds of the brainwashed. We believe in something that is the cause of the facts we observe . The evolutionist believe in something with no cause, no purpose , no evidence, no transitional forms.
The proof is the supernatural character of the Bible and its superior ability to describe reality, along with the witness of The Holy Spirit directly to the believer. Those kinds of things, being demonstrable through repeated observation of these experiments (character, description, witness – like I just said), is scientific.
Science doesn’t deal with supernatural claims, pro or con. Neither does it deal with historical claims. There are different ways of dealing with historical claims. Stop using science as a standard to determine the validity of the Bible’s claims.
So, why believe it?
Use the cosmological “SURGE” principal argument Frank Turek teaches. It proves there is a “Cause” and proves the Creator was God. God is spaceless, timeless, intelligent, and moral Just follow the evidence, we know is true. Without it,, truth can’t exist, You would not exist.

Just what I’ve been saying for days…
Why would you put your faith and trust in science? It is far from infallible, in fact it is based on the understanding that it may be disproved at any time. It is frequently proven to have been wrong
That is true for the science of man but if you look at Job, there is God’s science
Men always done this since the beginning and trying to fit God into an idol. With idol, men create their own traditions and make it equal to the word of God. Sad to say we are repeating the same error from the past. Most of intellectual trying to fit this unknown reality into something so they can take credit for. Sadly this is how our world operate.
Science can prove God!!
Science has already proven God.
You can even find the remains of Noah’s ark, Solomon’s temple, Nebuchadnezzars Babylonia remains, the Torah etc
Well , even disbelieving people and physics professors admit you can’t get something from nothing. There had to be an intelligent Creator that existed already before we existed to make the stars , worlds , etc….
