This is false. God didn’t give man free will. In biblical fact, God told Adam not to eat from the Tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Adam didn’t exercise “free will” he sinned! He disobeyed a direct command from God.
This is the main reason behind why God repented that He even made man and choses to destroy him at the appointed time.
The only reason Adam survived to today is because Noah found grace in God’s eyes. Man, or Adam has an appointment with destruction.
That’s why man is still here on the Earth. -

Adam was Created Innocent and with Eve was given a Choice between the Tree of Life and forbidden the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil at the cost of Dying. After they fell the Tree of Life was still there so it must have been a Real Choice? Although God can see the beginning and the end, can he change the course of History at his Will? There are other occasions where God offered a Choice, to Israel he offered Himself as King, they Refused, Judgement ensued, the Temple was destroyed, Israel scattered. How about the Sundial for Hezekiah?

Since God has FOREKNOWLEDGE, then He knew that Richard Dawkins would turn out to be an atheist.
Why then did God allow Richard Dawkins to be born when He already knew Dawkins would go to hell?

The will is a servant of the heart…it carries out the desires of the heart…it’s just that the desire of the heart is not for God!

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believed in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” [John 3v16].
God saw that the man was so wicked that even the thought’s of his heart were evil (I’m paraphrasing), that ‘He repented that He ever made him” (Genesis 6v2). But Noah found grace in His sight, so Noah and his progeny were given another chance as it were to continue to exist.
So God told Noah to build an ark, that he might not die when the flood came in 120 years.
Noah was 500 years old when Shem, Ham, and Japheth were born. The flood came in earnest when Noah was 600 years old. The whole event lasted 1 year, 1 month, and 1 day. Then on the 601st year, on the 27th day was the Earth dried. Noah then built an altar and mad a burnt offering to the Lord and the Lord said “I will no more curse the ground anymore for man’s sake, for the imaginations of his heart is evil from his youth, neither will I smite again any living thing, as I have done” [Genesis 8v21].Now, if you know your scripture (and you don’t) God spoke to Noe twenty years before the boys were born.
Note; Prophetic numbers often have more than one fulfillment. So 120 years takes on another meaning. This is seen throughout the scriptures. A day is a year, and a year is a thousand years, 7 sevens is 49 years so on and so forth.

The scriptures are clear on this. Romans 3:10-17 New International Version (NIV). God is the only one that can open our eyes to His truth.
10 As it is written:
“There is no one righteous, not even one;
11 there is no one who understands;
there is no one who seeks God.
12 All have turned away,
they have together become worthless;
there is no one who does good,
not even one.”[a]
13 “Their throats are open graves;
their tongues practice deceit.”[b]
“The poison of vipers is on their lips.”[c]
