The Gospel, the focal point of the Christian Church, was initiated “before the beginning of Time;” therefore, in God’s mind, the Church was initiated before Jesus Christ created Time.

Jesus talked about church discipline in the Matthew 18

Started with Moses in the wilderness
Act 7:37-38 KJV 37 This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear. 38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us: -
It is impossible for the church to start before Jesus death and resurrection. Jesus still obeyed the law of Moses up until his death as he fulfilled the law. When he died on the cross he said it is finished. The new covenant started when Jesus died on the cross. It would impossible for the church to exist before Pentecost as the Holy Spirit was not released for all Christians

The Church started with Adam .. Begining with the shedding of blood of the animals to cover thier nakedness (sin) it is clesrly there at Cain and Abels offering where one offerring was rejected because it was not what the Lord commanded .. Present in Noah’s time .. To Mechizadec.. Abtaham … Issac …Jacob …David … The invisible Church is made up of all of God’s chosen … True believers from every time nation and tongue … The invisible church has a mixure of believers and unbelievers sheep and goats … But yes the first day of the New testament period eas at the day of Pentecost where the Holy Spirit was given in different way …given to dwell in every true believer not just a select few … But all saints OT and NT are saved in the same way … By the blood of Christ in His perfect and once and for all sacrifice

during Jesus earthly ministry mark 10:1

Christ is the Head of His church, therefore it started with Christ in His ministry on earth, but it was inaugurated during Pentecost by His Holy Spirit.

The New Covenant became a binding spiritual agreement upon the death of Jesus Christ! Hebrews 9:6 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. Jeremiah 31:31, Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jesus said, Matthew 26:28 For this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins. The mistake many Christians make in there study of scripture is that in the Gospels Jesus is talking specifically to the Jewish people and the priesthood! He came to the Jews first! And in that time both Jesus and the Jews were under the Mosaic law and the Levitical priesthood descended from Aaron and from the time of Moses! They rejected the message of the Good News, and with it Jesus and grace! And in its stead chose the law! Which accordingly in Galatians 3, states 10 For as many as are of the works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all things written in the book of the law, to perform them.” 11 Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, “The righteous man shall live by faith.” 12 However, the Law is not of faith; on the contrary, “He who practices them shall live by them.” 13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree… In Jeremiah 3:6-8 we see that Israel receives a writ of divorce from God
“Have you seen what faithless Israel has done? She has gone up on every high hill and under every green tree to prostitute herself there. 7I thought that after she had done all these things, she would return to Me. But she did not return, and her unfaithful sister Judah saw it. 8She saw that because faithless Israel had committed adultery, I gave her a certificate of divorce and sent her away. So Israel went into captivity and only 2 tribes with some of the priest returned! The other ten tribes gone never returned, only God knows for sure who are the real descendants of those long lost tribes! So who is this Israel God speaks of in Jeremiah 31:31 then if God divorced the nation of Israel? It is spiritual Israel. The Church, and body of Christ the New Testament/Covenant Church. In Romans 11:17-24, 17But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree, 18do not be arrogant toward the branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you. 19You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” 20Quite right, they were broken off for their unbelief, but you stand by your faith. Do not be conceited, but fear; 21for if God did not spare the natural branches, He will not spare you, either. 22Behold then the kindness and severity of God; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s kindness, if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off. 23And they also, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24For if you were cut off from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these who are the natural branches be grafted into their own olive tree? Long winded, yes I know, sorry. But necessary to see the fullness and Gods plan of salvation to complete the circle! -
The church which consists of the people of God began with Adam. Jesus was the last Adam to save all those before Him and all those after Him.
Read the Book of Hebrews, or ask your Pastor’s -
A testament is only effective when the testator dies
-
The Church started in the
OT but the N T church started at Pentecost. -
The church starts with God in His decree
-
Although he congregation of the redeemed (the church) began in the Garden after God sacrificed the first lamb as a type of Jesus’ sacrifice the NT church began on the day of Pentecost.
-
The NT Church got started on the day of Pentecost.

The New Testament church as such began when she was birthed out of the side (out where the spear pierce his heart where blood and water issues forth). And yet the church as such was an baby whose eyes ? was not open. You know that state . So at Pentecost Jesus had already ascended back into heaven and as such 10 says later , the Holy Spirit came as flames of fire lit upon the initial 120 + who had gathered in the upper room. Thus the church became a living functioning body being filled with the Holy Spirit and having leadership in the apostles and new born again members . Then Pentecost , Apostle Peter that great evangelistic message whereby 3,000 souls were added to the budding church. Now remember there were the Actions taking place rom 10;9-10 before the book was written but perform by the 3,000. The Bible do not say, they spoke in tongues nor were immediately baptized but can believed they were baptized in water even as they baptized in the Holy Spirit . The church Came forth out of the heart of Jesus and so it the same form where natural man is birth , there is blood and water . ✊

Hebrews 9:14-17. Let the Bible answer questions not opinions. 14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth. -
I would have to say yep, right after Pentecost.
Who preached the first message right after Pentecost? Peter right? It was also to Peter that The Father revealed the revelation that Jesus was the Christ and upon that revelation: is the Cornerstone. The foundation is the apostles in the prophets. Jesus Christ established His Church in the earth, and he said that the gates of Hades, the power of darkness the principalities and rulers of this wicked world, the god of this world would be disarmed.
And also that, The God of this Peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.Under whose feet? Under Christ’s feet and we are in Christ, for we are members of His Body.
The apostle Paul put it like this in his letter to the Roman church: “a Jew is not a Jew who is one outwardly only” and “circumcision is not that of the flesh but that of the Spirit.”
“We are them who worship not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.” -
It Started in Genesis.
-
Pentecost
-
We don’t even know who wrote the gospels. Probably Roman propaganda against the Jews.
-
The Church as the body of Christ started after the Gentiles were grafted in. This is seen in Acts # 10, 11 , 12 and 13 as the beginings of the Church of Christ. The Apostle Paul is the apostle to the Gentiles while the 12 were sent to the 12 tribes of Israel

acts 2. Acts 2 is when they were they received power, The church has power. Luke 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, UNTIL ye be endued with power from on high.
Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, AFTER that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. -

Hebrews 9:16 “For where there is a testament, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator”
So when Jesus died. That’s, technically, when the NT started
-
Pentecost. Which I think is pretty clear in the Bible
-
It has always been my belief that the NT Church started at the incarnation.
-
NT Church began when a person believes Jesus, and accept Him as Lord, King and Saviour. And so, NT Church worship services will be continuelly updating in Heaven where Our living God reings, forever.
-
Great Q.. Acts 2?
-
The Old Testament Church started when Jesus call the Nation of Israel to assemble and be a light to other nations. The New Testament Church started when Jesus died on the cross and was risen on the 3rd day. Church Age in Matthew 16:18 when He said, “I will build my church.” Jesus has kept His promise, and His Church has now been growing for almost 2,000 years. Jesus Church is built of people rather than denominations or buildings.
-
When the New Testament started, that is, when Jesus came.
-
Pentecost. That is also when the New Covenant started as well. The Gospels technically are in the Old Covenant age because Jesus was ministering to the lost sheep of Israel. Having said that, there is a time coming, soon I believe, when Israel will be restored and Yeshua (Jesus) will reign in Jerusalem as King, Priest, and Prophet not only to Israel but to the whole world. But a time of Great Tribulation must occur first as the spirit of the power of the air (Satan) will put up a great resistance to the manifestation of the Kingdom of God. We need to pray earnestly for the 2nd Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Pentecost
-
Satan has long-taught that the 1,000 years will be spent on the earth.
-
new testament began at the cross.bc thats how jews validated the CONTRACT.
-
and that happened in the old TESTAMENT
-
synoptic gospels and john is old testament
-
what i just explained is where we coukd narrow things down to a fine pin point.
-
The new covenant was formalized in blood. And sealed with the Holy Spirit. So, both Passover (Easter) and Pentecost are relevant. It’s not a one day only kind of thing. That’s a bit too simplistic, like trying to fit our birthday culture into scripture.
