When the cross ceases to be external and becomes operative within the believer, we have then entered into the way of the cross. Instead of the accent on receiving, it is on the Father’s realizing His ultimate purpose in the believer. Once this comes as a revelation to the heart, it will be evident that this phase has been almost overlooked. Also, once it is seen, we will know that the main cause of our frustration is right here.
