If Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God…
What happens to those who never hear the Gospel?
If Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God…
What happens to those who never hear the Gospel?
Hell
Romans 1 explains it perfectly.
They are all without excuse because God has written the 10 commands upon their hearts and their conscience bares witness to God. When they respond to the light given them, God reveals more light. But they refuse the light for sins of the darkness
Salvation isn’t owed to anyone.
Romans Chapter 1
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Romans 7:9 might bring hope for this case but I believe Ephesians 2 and Romans 1 leave the individual in some capacity to acknowledge God. Romans 9:15 makes it clear that salvation is the Lords. If he saves it will be because of his mercy. If he doesn’t save it will be because of his justice. Both we shouldn’t question why as Paul goes on to say in chp 9, for we are clay talking to our potter when we do such a thing.
Romans 1:20. God has made himself known. Man is without excuse
Romans 1:20 affirms that man inherently knows about God based on His creation and have no excuse to not believe. 2 Corinthians 4:6 says “For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.” In Genesis 3:3 after the serpent tempts Eve she initially tells the serpent that no fruit is to be eaten from the tree of knowledge of good and evil or else they will.surely die. When you examine everything that happened in Genesis before Eve ate the fruit ONLY ADAM was commanded directly by God to not eat from the tree. Then, God created Eve for Adam. There’s no mention of God commanding Eve the same command He gave to Adam or Adam telling Eve about the command to not eat from that tree. Eve apparently knew of that command to not eat from that tree, so in otherwords the knowledge of God and his commands were already in Eve’s heart from the moment she was created and it’s very reasonable to believe it’s the exact same thing with every other person on the face of the earth in even the most remote places in which the people have little to no contact with the outside world. You can guarantee those people also believe in and worship a higher power because God put that in the hearts of everyone to know Him and be reconciled with Him. And unfortunately too many people are suppressing that truth He put in their hearts through false deity worshipping and other idolatrous acts. Whoever rejects the true living God will face the consequences and that does include remote tribal folks because again Romans 1:20 declares that no human being has any excuse to not know who God is.
Romans 1:19,20 says that God is clearly seen by things made so that men are without excuse
Those who never hear the gospel will go to hell. To go to heaven you must be born again
God’s judgement will always be righteous. You can be sure everyone will have had a chance to acknowledge the One, almighty, holy, creator God through some means, not least, through His nature/qualities being evident in nature. See Romans 1.
Conscience will judge them… Romans 1
God arranges the world so that everyone who would have accepted Him will be given the opportunity. Those who don’t hear wouldn’t have repented if given the chance
What God decides will – sometimes it’s ok to leave things to God – especially things He alone has the authority to decide
Thy will be judged fairly – GOD may give them a chance after death .
Try reading Romans.
Nature preaches the gospel, no one can claim he has never heard the gospel.
Romans 1:18-20 NIV
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, [19] since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. [20] For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
:
“For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”… So then He has mercy on whom He desires, and He hardens whom He desire.”
(Romans 9:15, 18, NASB)
God owes no one grace, only justice. Mercy is God’s prerogative, not a debt owed to man.
They are not part of the elect.
Its simple. The truth is that not all men has the privilege of hearing the Gospel of Jesus and for those who lived before Christ earthly ministry and those who lived after without hearing the Gospel, they will be judged by the law.
The law by which they will be judged is either the written law on papers or the one written on their mind.
We may read Romans 2:11-15 [NKJV]
[11]For there is no partiality with God.
[12]For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law
[13](for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified;
[14]for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves,
[15]who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them )
Without excuse Romans 1
Scriptures say that man has been given a measure of Faith. Scripture says that we are saved by grace through faith. The preaching of the Gospel triggers The measure of Faith to Believe in Christ. in Paul’s writings and Romans the audience is different when he makes the statement faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. By renewing of our mind through the word, we are transformed into the likeness of Christ being sanctified by the word and our faith grows. The reference of Faith growing is not in volume but in trust. When we can trust in the veracity of the promises in the word faith moves.
There is Revelation in nature.
They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts. Their consciences confirm this. Their competing thoughts will either accuse or excuse them……Romans 2:15
God is revealed to us through 3 ways:
1. Creation
– the world is created in a pattern that presents the nature of God as a whole
2. Conscience
– the law written in the hearts of men
3. Christ
– the image of God from whom salvation became a gift.
Every individual in this world has witnessed one of these. Those who have perished before the law will be judged according to conscience. Those who perish after the law and before Christ will be judged by the law. Those who perish after Christ’s sacrificial death who was made known to all men will be judged according to the faith of Christ. But lets not forget that grace is God’s nature. Meaning that in his every decision he exercises grace. Which then leads us to a conclusion , that because God exercises grace in salvation, all people will receive salvation not because they deserve it but because God gave it. And because of this, all glory truly belongs to Him. Meanwhile, if a lot of people still have not heard the gospel of Christ up to this day, then shame to us Christians.
Romans 1 and Hebrews 11 give us a clue! Not one of those mentioned in Hebrews 11 ever heard the gospel, but all were justified by faith! I believe God will treat those who have never heard the gospel the same way He treated them: what did you do with what you were given?
God is the fairest Judge. I will leave that to Him.
No one will go to hell that doesn’t deserve it
THAT’S why Jesus told us to “go…”
romans chapter one answers your question
We have a loving God. Idk.
Impossible because Matthew 24:14: Says : And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Everyone will have an opportunity to listen to the Gospel.
Every human being deserves hell. If God only saves one, He’s is generous. If some doesn’t ever hear the Gospel, they will get what the deserve. I’m thankful that I have heard and as a Christian, it’s my duty to tell everyone.
The book of Romans covers this. It says that those who haven’t heard but obey the law by nature are judged accordingly. This is on judgement day. Today if you hear and receive Jesus you can enter into communion with Him by the spirit and not wait until the afterlife. Doing so helps guarantee you won’t do things contrary to his nature that could result in eternal separation . The kingdom is (present tense) righteousness , peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost .
Sorry. Meant read
The whole first chapter of Romans addresses this
Romans 1, John 6:44, 2 Peter 3:9, John14:6
Baloney! Nature does not preach the gospel. Nowhere in the mountains or rivers or seas is given the name of Jesus.
Grace
how many do you know that have never heard the gospel?
God reveals Himself not only by His Word but also through conscience, creation, and history. This is known as General Revelation.
Here’s your answer, now you know why it’s so important to preach the gospel to all especially through missionaries work like the one who was killed by the north sentinel islanders and why he did what he did.
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things. Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents,
Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.”

Romans 1:20
THEY GO TO DAMNATION
I think that with missionaries, radio, television,CB radios, newspapers and a lot of other ways, nobody today has not been introduced to the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

who’s to say whether or not they heard God’s word ?
God is just Everyone will be fairly and righteously dealt with by the creator. Thank goodness
For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.
