I AM A CHILD OF GOD
[In my Abba Father’s love, I am:] Blessed, Chosen, Adopted,
Highly Favored, Redeemed and Forgiven!
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath BLESSED us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ…he hath CHOSEN us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the ADOPTION of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us ACCEPTED [HIGHLY FAVOURED] in the beloved. In whom we have REDEMPTION through his blood, the FORGIVENESS of sins, according to the riches of his grace;” (Eph. 1:3-7)
[We are not our own!] “What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost WHICH IS IN YOU…and YE ARE NOT YOUR OWN? For YE ARE BOUGHT WITH A PRICE…glorify God in YOUR BODY, and in YOUR SPIRIT, WHICH ARE GOD’S.” (Eph. I Corin. 6:19-20)
[What a price that was paid for our redemption!] “…ye know that ye were not redeemed [bought] with corruptible things…But WITH THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF CHRIST…” (I Pet. 1:18-19)
[A lot of care and thought went in to creating us! Joyfully think about it!] “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I AM FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE; your works are wonderful, I know that full well…How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand– when I awake, I am still with you.” (Psalms 139:13-14, 17-18)
Be blessed as you praise The Lord, KNOWING THAT WE ARE NOT OUR OWN, WE HAVE BEEN BOUGHT WITH A PRICE!
