I would recommend a book written by Dr. John Lennox “Seven Days the Divided the Word” Small book but explains Biblical views, past and present. You talk with Jewish scholars, Gen 1:1 says:In the Beginning…..” But in true Hebrew, it says “At the beginning of Creation, God Created…” Then get Frank Turek’s book, “I don’t have enough faith to be an Atheist”. He talks about SURGE, which will explain the laws of the second law of thermodynamics, expansion of the universe, particles found today that have been recently discovered that answers a number of creation questions, and Dr. Eiestines their and Edwin Hubble findings of the Creation. The only conclusion after understanding this is there was a Cause, God the Creator. Everything falls in line. Frank Turek has a new book: Stealing from God” would be the 3rd book to read. Actually, he has a live training course coming up, go to his web site to see details. The cost is $224 for 12 weeks course. Money that will be spent well on yourself. I will be there looking forward to learning from this great apologetics teacher. Understanding Who God is and His Creation makes Jesus so much more real as Savior and you begin to understand just how much God loved you to become man leaving what He gave up to come and pay the price for our sins.
