Announcing a New Pastor!

Austin/Julia Carlisle | East Alton Church of God

A few weeks ago I was privilege to met up with Pastor Austin Carlisle and do a walk through of the East Alton COG. He and his wife (Julia) will officially begin their pastorate Sunday, April 9, 2023 (Easter).

I could not be more pleased and hopeful – both for them and the church and community.

Also pictured in the video is Bishop Todd Shaw. I am most grateful to Pastor Shaw for doing double duty for three+ years – pastoring his church (Alton-Beltline) and also taking care of the preaching and pastoral duties of this church. The possibilities and hopes beginning this Easter Sunday would not be possible but for his faithfulness.

This is Pastor Austin and Julia’s first pastorate. Please keep them in your prayers and best wishes.
