Should a Church of God disclose to prospective members how much the pastor and staff are salaried? Should they be able to see how church funds are disbursed before joining?

A Church of God apostle couldn’t/wouldn’t be an elected overseer by the General Assembly. If you have $10,000 you could be placed into the school of prophets.
