Every year, the Church of God designates a Sunday in October to receive a special offering to honor retired ministers and widows.Ā  It is called Reformation Sunday and it takes place this year on October 25, 2020.

All offerings received and designated for Reformation Sunday, will be distributed a few weeks prior to the holiday season to retired ministers and widows in the Church of God. Every dollar earmarked for this offering will be distributed to bless those who have gone before us and plowed the Harvest field.

Local churches are highly encouraged to participate in this annual offering. To assist in promoting the day, a video from Church of God General Overseer Tim Hill about Reformation Sunday may be downloaded and played in the weeks leading up to October 25. In addition, there is a link onĀ churchofgod.orgĀ with more information.

Thank you for your efforts to honor this most precious group who have given so much to the Kingdom.
