TO: ALL MINISTERS & PASTORS
DATE: MAY 29, 2024
FROM: INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
SUBJECT: EXECUTIVE COUNCIL REPORT ON LEE UNIVERSITY

The Church of God Executive Council has released a final report entitled “Lee University Doctrinal Integrity and Teaching Fidelity”. This report represents months of research and dialogue with leaders of Lee University Board of Directors and the Executive Council.

A primary goal of the Council’s report was to highlight Lee University’s commitment to Church of God doctrine as well as the church’s expectation for scriptural adherence related to critical societal issues. 

Special thanks to the Executive Council and the Lee University Board of Directors for their prayerful collaboration on this most significant report.

Especially proud of involving young people in the creating process, Derwin has hosted open mics, taught poetry workshops, and even produced and hosted the radio show, The Gospel Express.
