“And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.” (Joel 2:28)

This is Joel’s prophecy for the last days. There will still be earthquakes in diverse places, famines, pestilence, wars, and rumors of wars. However, this prophecy is to be seen in fullness during a time of great distress among the nations. In the midst of darkness, God is pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh. In the Middle East, Muslims are receiving Christ but not in the conventional way, Jesus is coming to them in visions and dreams! Hindus are in prayer and will come into visions of Jesus, and conversions like Saul of Tarsus are becoming the “norm” in this hour. We are living in the outpouring of the Spirit.
