Aside from acknowledging the existence of a Creator, can anyone explain to me the value of this issue as an apologetic?
Hey, be careful. Even if Evolution was disproven beyond a shadow of a doubt (it hasn’t been), that would not in ANY WAY prove the existence of a god or gods.
It would only prove that evolution is not the origin of life on this planet.
This is truth. Everything is so complex. Thanks be to God.
I actually have a question regarding this. First of all I’m a born again Christian so don’t think about bombarding me with questions assuming and thinking I’m an atheist.
I remember attending Dr. Immanuel Haq one day lecture organised by the philosophy department of a college in Chennai. It was a good topic of how he tried explaining how the need of certain natural elements of earth had to take place to make environment much better in which the process seems evil and disastrous.
There’s one question I asked him though which he couldn’t answer because it wasn’t his forte as he was a theoretical physicist,
I asked him, if micro evolution has its evidences in taking part in nature, wouldn’t that contribute to macro evolution as well?
He said he didn’t know how to answer that, but he did point out the subject and how Christian palaeontologists should come about and answer that question.
