Since Hell is a reality, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the answer, then
(1) Why don’t most Christians risk preaching and teaching the truth to others daily ?
(2) How should Christians equip the Church and Evangelize the lost at this lockdown time ? (Share your ideas)

1). Because they haven’t fully comprehended the weight of Hell or they don’t care that others are going there (and are unlikely Christian)

There are plenty of lost people within families, this a wonderful opportunity to not only witness to them but to let them see the Lord working in our everyday lives. If we speak the Truth in love, let them know how precious they are to us and the Lord. We have plenty of time to answer questions, share scripture with them, pray with and for them. Satan means it for evil but God means it for good. Hallelujah <3
Everyone has their own place/duties/calling. All are called to walk/live like Christ Jesus. Walk the walk, talk the talk, follow Him.
There’s a saying: plant a seed; the Holy Spirit will water it; and the Lord will gather the fruit.
We just have to be sensitive to the Spirit for He likes to have us help with the watering at times. L&P

If you preach the love of God no one gets upset. If you preach Hellfire and Brimstone you get kicked out. People do not want to hear the truth about eternity and the Lake of Fire and the Lambs book of life.
As for the first question I won’t speculate as to why people do or don’t evangelize.
As for the second question, preach the gospel. Put up Bible verses on your page. Even if everyone in the group leaves preach it. You never know when God will use what you said to reach someone. I think as Christians we sometimes get discouraged when people walk away. But sometimes that seed you planted will take sometime to grow. You may never know the results. Our job is to spread the gospel. God will do the rest. God bless
