A Thanks to Missional COG Contributors

Thank you to everyone who has responded with interest to be a contributor on MissionalCOG. Ive not responded to you yet. But, to those of you that will be stepping up as contributors, I will be forwarding some loging credentials and a schedule/guidelines.
