Book Review: E-Myth Manager by Michael Gerber

E-Myth Manager is a book that seeks to lead managers break common management dysfunction by encouraging every manager to be his own Emporer/Entrepreneur within his/her organization. There are some pretty decent takeaways/applications for the COG as a denomination and for every pastor looking to bring out the best in his/her church, people, and organization.
You certainly dont have to agree with everything. But, there are certainly some great takeaways for leaders looking to take their organization/church into new territory.
