Definition of Father : “a male parent” or “a male ancestor, especially the founder or progenitor of a family.”

Definition of God : “the creator and ruler of the universe and source of all moral authority; the supreme being” and “the Being perfect in power, wisdom, and goodness who is worshipped as creator and ruler of the universe.”

“Jesus said to her, ‘Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.'” John 20:17

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ…” (Ephesians 1:3a)

Language breaks apart if we do not take these words the way they are meant throughout the Scriptures. Very clearly and simply – Jesus has a God, and that God is His Father.

God doesn’t have a God. God doesn’t have. Father. But Jesus surely does.
