Has anyone heard of the “power model” of God’s foreknowledge?…

Has anyone heard of the “power model” of God’s foreknowledge? Could God choose of His own sovereignty to limit His foreknowledge, in order to give us true free will? What are your thoughts?

Isaiah 43:25 (ESV): “I, I am he
who blots out your transgressions for my own sake,
and I will not remember your sins.

Does God choose to blot out our sins to the point where, out of His sovereignty, He removes them from His memory?
