James A. Cross at Lee College Heritage Week — February 5, 1979

Former Church of God General Overseer James A. Cross testifies how his parents came to the Lord in this 1979 Lee College Heritage Week service. He expresses appreciation for pioneers, reflects on the theology of songs that taught and strengthened the church, and offers thankfulness for the opportunities of each new day. “It was great to live back in those good ole days. I tell you it was wonderful. One good thing about those good ole days–thank God a lot of them are over. I don’t have to live through some of those good ole days again, and I do thank the Lord for it. My, what a wonderful heritage we have in this day and in this age that we live in now.”
