There is a proven method for getting most things done. It’s a layup, proven, tested by time…call it a paycheck, a bonus, a perk, a compliment, or a pat on the back, but in most cases, what gets rewarded gets done.
But what about those difficult tasks?
What if blood, sweat, and tears are required?
What if you’re trying to change the world?
What about those things you can’t pay people to do or you don’t have enough money to pay people to do them?
Then you have to have a more noble, satisfying, and meaningful method, and I have one for you…
What is rewarding gets done.
The ONE THING for today: You can pay people to do most things, but if you want to bring out the best in people show them why it matters and how it will contribute to a making the world (and eternity) a better place.
