Reverend Thelma Massengill Neal sings “Over There” one more time at the Mississippi Church of God Camp Meeting in 1993. She was an evangelist and pastor with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) in Mississippi for many years, and she often blessed those attending the state camp meeting by singing, particularly this song.
