Looking back over the years, I have tried to recall if I have ever witnessed such a time as now, in which the executive and legislative branches of government are in such chaos, confusion, and disagreement. Research has indicated that the average America is at a seventh grade level of understanding, which means that many Americans don't fully grasp what is happening. For a large percentage of the population, the government is seen primarily as a source of assistance and financial aid.
