What is the Engel Scale?

Some of you have asked me what is the Engel Scale? The Engel Scale is a way to measure the location of a person's spiritual walk. For instance, you are trying to reach a person for Christ, say a family member or a friend. This scale will help you understand where the person is on a spiritual basis, and this information will help you to determine the method with which you move them up the scale, from negative to positive. Eventually, the individual is guided to Jesus Christ; however, notice that when a person accepts Christ that is only the '0' level. The scale then explains how spiritual maturity progresses and informs you how to disciple them to the next level.
